Tommy Emmanuel的吉他弹奏职业生涯已经跨越四十多年,目前仍不断与世界各地的顶尖乐手合作,在全世界已经拥有成千上万个忠实乐迷,可以称得上是世界级的演奏家。
Tommy过去曾多次获得权威媒体《滚石》音乐杂志票选为世界最佳吉他手之一,也获得第49届格莱美奖“最佳乡村音乐演奏奖”(Best Country Instrumental Performance)提名,并在2008年获得知名吉他杂志《Guitar Player》票选为“世界最佳原声吉他手”的殊荣。
Tommy独特的演奏技巧,是一种“Fingerstyle(指弹风格)”,简单地说,就是用手指在吉他上弹奏出如同钢琴家在钢琴上演奏的表演型态。在舞台上,Tommy总是带着微笑,用他那自信与令人眼花缭乱的表演,毫无瑕疵地将吉他技巧发挥到淋漓尽致,从他手指上所散发出的旋律绝对会令人难忘与赞叹。

 

Tommy Emmanuel (born 31 May 1955) is an Australian guitarist and occasional singer, best known for his complex fingerstyle technique, energetic performances and the use of percussive effects on the guitar. In the May 2008 and 2010 issues of Guitar Player Magazine, he was named as “Best Acoustic Guitarist” in their readers’ poll. In June 2010 Emmanuel was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia.

他们的音乐中融合了民谣,爵士,甚至是流行的元素,但他们的主题旋律与节奏都从未偏离弗拉门戈风格;他们结合传统的弗拉门戈吉他技巧之外,也创造了属于他们自己的技巧,他们的演出是看两位大师默契的互动融合了美妙的弗拉门戈旋律。
他们一起演出超过数十年,录制了10张专辑,可以再欧美的各大音乐节上看到他们的身影,与著名的音乐人如:Muriel Anderson, Victor Wooten, Stanley Jordan, James Burton, Reeves Gabrels, Don Alder, Doyle Dykes, Jack Pearson, Bob Brozman, Mark Egan, Danny Gottlieb, Paul Wertico等等都有过合作演出。

 

In the world of modern Flamenco, few artists have attained the heights of Tierra Negra – Raughi Ebert and Leo Henrichs. In fact, so influential are these two German guitarists that they’re often cited as the protagonists of Flamenco Nuevo, the new wave. Tierra Negra may infuse their sound with elements of folklore, jazz and even pop, but the theme never strays far from the infectious rhythm and melody of Rumba-Flamenco. They have invented their own techniques for melody and rhythm guitar and mix these with the Spanish flamenco tradition. A Tierra Negra concert is a virtuos firework with fascinating interaction, hypnotizing melodies and powerful flamenco.
Performing for over a decade, Leo and Raughi have already recorded ten albums and undertaken tours that have seen them alight festivals and clubs throughout Europe, Canada and 29 states of the USA. They have performed and recorded with world famous artists like Muriel Anderson, Victor Wooten, Stanley Jordan, James Burton, Reeves Gabrels, Don Alder, Doyle Dykes, Jack Pearson, Bob Brozman, Mark Egan, Danny Gottlieb, Paul Wertico and many others.

来至意大利的 Paolo Sereno 生于 1969 年,与 Roberto Lambo 学习古典吉他,之后他将学习的重点,转移至拉丁及地中海音乐曲风,这两种音乐风格对他影响甚远,在他的音乐里都能嗅出,这两种音乐元素。著名法国吉他大师 Marcel Dadi 在 1996 年演奏会里,邀请 Paolo 上台表演。 在这次演出后,人们开始认识他,尔后在许多音乐节目中,都能见到 Paolo 精采演出,就此展开他的音乐人生。他也与 Tim Sparks、Muriel Anderson 及 Don Ross 知名指弹演奏家巡回演出,其中 Don Ross 对他更是赞誉有佳。其音乐曲风偏流行、乡村、古典、拉丁,善于刻画音符,柔化旋律,纤细弹奏手法,一段段朗朗上口创作乐章, 带领听者进入心灵最深处,将所有情感依附在一颗颗音符上,娓娓道来诉说着,来至地中海的浪漫情怀。被同样是来至意大利的指弹演奏家 Franco Morone 称为“才华洋溢演奏家”。Paolo Sereno 目前现居在意大利北部的帕尔马,并在当地大学任教,致力于教书及演出。

 

Paolo Sereno was born in 1969 in Italy. He learnt classical guitar from Roberto Lambo and later transferred the key of learning to Latin and Mediterranean styles which have profound influence on him. His music smells these two musical elements. Famous French guitar master Marcel Dadi invited Paolo to give a performance in the concert of 1996. After this performance, people started to realize his existence. Later, wonderful performance of Paolo could be seen in many musical programs and his musical career was unfolded. He also gave tour shows with famous fingerstyle performers, like Tim Sparks, Muriel Anderson and Don Ross. Among them, Don Ross gave him higher recognition. His musical style is a mix of folk, jazz and blues music with an etno-funk flavaour. He is good at depicting notes and softening rhythm. Fine performance method passages of catchy movements guide listeners into the depth of heart. All emotions are attached to notes tirelessly telling the romantic emotion of Mediterranean Sea. Another Italian fingerstyle performer Franco Morone called him a talented performer. Paolo Sereno is living in Parma in the north of Italy and works in a college dedicated to teaching and performance.

Jacqueline Perkins 是现居在意大利帕尔玛的一位创作型歌手,1988年毕业于美国的南卡罗莱纳大学,她大学不仅完成了自己的声乐专业,而且还完成了意大利语和中提琴的专业,之后她去了罗马成为了一名英语教师,从那时候起,她开始尝试自己创作。
从1994年至今,经常在意大利的音乐俱乐部和节日中演出,并在一些乐队中演出;1995年开始,她在意大利的各大城市担任录音室歌手,风格涵盖民谣,爵士,流行,电子乐等等。比较出名的专辑有1997年发行的爵士专辑《I am at the Village》,2002年的专辑《Hollywood Party》,还有在意大利的排行榜进了前十的两手舞曲单曲“Desire”和“I was A Ye-Ye Girl”
2000-2006年间,她与著名贝斯演奏家,格莱美提名的著名贝斯手Michael Manring进行了长时间的巡回演出,最近,她刚刚完成了属于自己的第一张专辑,邀请了众多音乐界名人,力争打造一张完美的专辑!

 

Jacqueline Perkins is a singer-songwriter based in Parma, Italy. While graduating in Music Education from the University of South Carolina in 1988, she also earned a certificate in vocal performance, expanding her studies to include a double major in Italian language and  minor in viola.  She then worked for two years as a music teacher until she transferred to Rome, Italy as a Rotary Scholar in 1990. Upon termination of her scholarship period in June, 1991, she travelled throughout Italy, and passed brief periods in Siena and Perugia until she settled in Parma working as an English teacher and began experimenting with songwriting. ….

Vitaly Makukin出生于乌克兰,在四岁时,就开始学习弹钢琴,十岁的他因缘际会下,接触到了吉他,并花了两年多的时间,Vitaly就知道只有吉他此种乐器,才能够充分表达出,他心目中的音乐世界,从此与吉他划下不解之缘。
在24岁的时候,他开始专研吉他乐器,特有的演奏技巧点弦(Tapping),直到现在他已驭轻驾熟,此种演奏方式,并成为不折不扣的点弦之王。
与常见弹吉他的方式,非常不一样,这样的手法不像是在弹吉他,反而更像是在弹钢琴;同时使用双手,拨奏出旋律音符,而不是一手压和弦,一手弹奏音符,双手弹奏的位置不同,拥有吉他上的钢琴师美名。
【点弦】这种特殊演奏技巧,对任何现场演出者而言,需要有非常专业的弹奏能力及稳定性,没有任何表演者会在演出时,持续使用这此种弹奏技巧,因为风险太大了。
听过Vitaly音乐的人,总是猜不透他是怎么办到的,天马行空的音乐想法,加上炫丽的点弦技巧,这样的火花,就如同马戏团带来奇幻惊喜一般,让看过现场演出的人,对于他的演出,深深烙印在心中。

 

Vitaly Makukin was born in Ukraine. When he was 4 years old, he started to learn piano. He contacted guitar by chance when 10 years old and spent over 2 years with guitar. Vitaly understood only this musical instrument enabled him to fully express the music world in his heart. Since then, he built an unexplainable bound to guitar. He started to study the unique performance skill — Tapping when 24 years old. Until now, he has become so skillful in this performance way that he was called as the king of tapping. This approach is greatly different from common performance way of guitar as it doesn’t look like playing guitar, but piano; rhythm and note are played with both hands at the same time, not the way that both hands are placed in different positions, with one hand for chord and the other hand to play note. He is given the reputation of pianist on guitar. Audiences of Vitaly usually don’t know how he can do it. Unconstrained musical style together with gorgeous tapping skill makes such a spark that it is like the magic surprise of circus. Audiences of his performance are deeply impressed by his performance.

 

— Andres Godoy 安德烈斯.戈多伊 —

Andres Godoy是一位来自智利的非常特殊的吉他手,10岁的时候,他的祖父送给他一把吉他,从那时起,他学到了不同风格吉他演奏技巧。不幸的是,在他14岁的时候因为一场灾难失去了整个右臂,但仍然坚持着自己的梦想,凭着对音乐的执着,用坚强的毅力和丰富的创造力克服了肢体的束缚,学习用单手对吉他来创造旋律,节奏、打击和泛音等等,用单手也能创造出不一样且优美动人的音乐,他的这种特有的风格被称作“Tatap”风格。
2007至2011年间,Andres在美国、加拿大、德国、意大利、法国、荷兰等国家进行了长时间的巡回演出,与众多知名音乐家合作如:Ralf Gauck,Massa Sumide,Bob Bonastre,Irina Kulikova等等,用自己特有的方式来感动更多热爱音乐的人。

 

Andres Godoy, musician, guitarist, songwriter, Musical producer, cultural manager, was born in San Antonio (Port), Chile. At age 10 his grandparents Manuel and Maria gave him his first guitar. From there he had tutors with whom he learned many different styles and techniques of popular and classical guitar.
At 14, Andres had an accident in which lost all of his right arm. But through the passion, imagination, perseverance, creativity and daily practice, so Andres invented a technique for self taught guitar in one hand and sequences based on series of strokes, percussion, pulls, scrapes, strumming with which was creating rhythms, harmonies, songs, music. This technique named it Tatap. But Tatap is only an instrument of the spirit of passion, imagination, endless and unwavering love for the music of Andres, the beauty, harmony.
His compositions incorporate various influences, world music, folk, rock, classical, Fingerstyle.

 

 — Chai Hai Qing 柴海青 —

来自中原之地的柴海青,15岁开始弹吉他并接触摇滚乐,随后组建乐队,多年的乐队生涯后,忽然发现指弹才是自己寻找的音乐表现方式,其编曲受到 Blues,Funky,Metal 等风格的影响与启发,曲风就像是一支 Rockband 在演奏,在他的音乐作品当中不仅有高超的演奏技巧和让人热血沸腾的曲目,也有温柔而宁静,令人感动的乐章,除了各地的演出外,他一直致力于指弹的推广与教育工作,为指弹吉他的发展尽了一份绵薄之力。

 

Chai Hai Qing is from mid-west of China, when he was 15, he begin to play the guitar and form a band, after playing many years, he found that fingerstyle is the way he want to play the music, his music arrangement influenced by Blues, Funky, Metal a lot. his music is a Rockband is playing. in his music, we can not only see his fantasic techniques, but also some gentle feeling in his music. besides playing everywhere, he also dedicated to promoting fingerstyle guitar and guitar education.
